Because fraternities will pursue prospects based largely on the information that is entered through this form, it is to your benefit that you complete the form as accurately and completely as possible. When completing the Honors and Activities sections, be as thorough as you can - include all athletics, recognitions and achievements (academic and other), organizations in which you are involved and any public service. In a nutshell, include any information that you believe would make you a more attractive candidate for fraternity membership.

Be prepared to pay your registration fee electronically (debit/credit card) or you can pay by check or money order, mailed to the address below. Please note that the registration cost for using on-line payment is $16, one additional dollar more than paying by check or money order. This additional $1 pays costs incurred from service and processing fees.
