On Friday, August 20th, the WVU Student Affairs office and the fraternities of WVU would like to welcome you to the WVU campus. As you may be aware, there will be two separate welcome picnics hosted for freshmen; one at the Rec Center for students living on Evansdale and one on the Mountainlair Plaza for students living downtown. These events will be held from 6:00-8:30 p.m. During these events, fraternities will also be hosting Welcome Events at their respective houses.

These events are all alcohol-free are available to you as an opportunity to showcase the houses, learn more about fraternity membership and promote Greek life. Fraternities will be hosting events such as volleyball, Rockband, horseshoes, ice-cream bar, and corn-hole, among many others so be sure to stop by as many houses as you can!

Busses will be available for students interested in going to houses on/near Belmar Ave.
